**Junior Real Estate Paralegal**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**About Us**

Clark & Clark Law Firm is a small real estate / wills and estates specialty boutique firm in South West Calgary.

**Responsibilities and Duties, Requirements and Ideal Qualifications**
- Processing of residential real estate transactions (purchases, sales & refinances - preparation->closing->reporting)
- Positive communication with clients, realtors, mortgage brokers, lenders, insurance brokers
- Ability to efficiently organize, prioritize files and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a clear, professional & courteous manner
- Time management skills and detail oriented
- Strong communication skills in a professional & courteous manner
- Proactively prepare client files in advance of client meetings and keep the client informed throughout the process
- Customer service focus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to follow instructions
- Independent self starter
- Flexible and adaptable
- Friendly team player
- Assist in other administrative duties relating to the practice as required
- 1-2 years of experience with real estate transactions;
- Experience with Conveyancing Software;
- High proficiency with Windows, MS Office and Esilaw

- Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:00
