Receptionist/administrative Assistant

As an Administrative Assistant at the reception desk, you will act as the first point of contact at our Corporate Office to warmly welcome our clients, guests, and colleagues. You will be required to carry out various tasks with collaboration, excellence, enthusiasm, and commitment to help our executive and on-site staff members to optimize time and ultimately facilitate the achievement of business line objectives. You will be reporting directly to the Comptroller & the Human Resources Department.
Your role:
- Retrieving incoming mail, and scanning received mail to respective individuals
- Stamping postage and logging outgoing mail
- Preparation of monthly copy/print logs, stamp logs, and Zoom meeting logs
- Booking and arrangement of couriers
- Preparing deposits to be sent to the bank
- Filing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices
- Credit check reports for new commercial tenants
- Distribution of status certificate requests and preparation of monthly SC reconciliation report
- Preparation of audit boxes
- Keeping an inventory and ordering office supplies when needed
- Sourcing and purchasing new laptops, etc.
- IT support for staff
- Setting up and providing new equipment to new staff or existing staff (laptop setup, mobile phone setup, etc.)
- Proofreading proposals, following up with execs for signatures, and preparing hard copies if necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
