**Job Summary**:
The Digital Marketing and Sales Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategies to increase our online presence, drive sales growth, and enhance our brand's reputation. This role involves a blend of digital marketing, sales, and customer service skills to reach our target audiences effectively, generate leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Develop, implement, and manage marketing campaigns that promote our services. Leverage data analytics to guide strategy adjustments and improve performance.
- **SEO & SEM**: Optimize content for search engines and manage pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns to increase visibility and attract potential customers.
- **Lead Generation & Sales Conversion**: Utilize digital tools and platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects through the sales funnel, and achieve sales targets.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence, engaging with our community and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Analyze campaign performance and generate reports on key metrics to inform decisions and demonstrate ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is a bonus.
- New graduates encouraged to apply, 1+ years of experience in digital marketing and sales is a bonus.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
