While we love all instruments, we currently have communities for drums (Drumeo), piano (Pianote), guitar (Guitareo) and voice (Singeo) within our online membership.

**Job/Position Overview**

The Marketing Video Specialist is responsible for creating content specifically purposed for the Marketing Department, with two key performance indicators: generating revenue and building brand exposure.

This role will coordinate across departments, specifically connecting with Marketing and Production, and create high-quality marketing content including, but not limited to, promos, adverts, trailers etc. They will turn Marketing’s needs into visuals with stories that engage the appropriate demographics for that particular product.

The Marketing Video Specialist will act as both a writer and director, turning ideas into compelling visuals with stories that drive sales.

This role will oversee and understand all things production, including:

- ** Pre-production**_: _**Sourcing locations, writing scripts, casting actors, and storyboarding.
- **Production**_: _**Directing, a good understanding of lighting and cinematography, and awareness of the importance of audio.
- **Post-Production**_: _**The ability to edit videos to tight deadlines.

**Key Qualifications**:
Knowledge/Education/Experience
- Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
- 5+ years of continuous experience in film/video production with a focus on marketing.
- Marketing experience with an emphasis on advertising and social media.
- Highly skilled in post-production workflows and editing videos.
- Highly skilled in writing scripts and creating content for clients that hit.
- Skilled in operating cameras for film shoots in-house and offsite.

- Scriptwriting and ensuring your ideas align with Marketing at each step of the process.
