**SUMMARY**:
This position required excellence in both verbal and written communication in English and Korean (preferred).

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (included, but not limited to)**:

- Maintain and organize office supplies inventory
- Oversee office security and key control
- Establish and manage an efficient office filing system, including scanning and filing notes
- Coordinate business travel arrangements
- Schedule and organize internal meetings
- Assist with processing office expenses and subcontractor invoices
- Handle in-person banking tasks, such as depositing checks and paying bills
- Generate invoices and prepare basic reports using QuickBooks
- Aid in the resolution of accounts receivable or accounts payable issues with vendors or clients
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Makes copies of correspondence or other printed materials as required.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers

**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- Proficiency in numerical tasks and a strong interest in finance-related work
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks, with an aptitude for adopting new technology
- Ability to create visually engaging presentations in PowerPoint
- Experience in data entry with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in a similar role within an entrepreneurial and/or professional services environment is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual English/Korean is preferred.
