We are looking for an **Assistant Manager** that supports our community and ensures we deliver an exceptional gym experience for our members and their guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and support with the daily operations of the studio and staff team members.
- Consistently collaborate with the Management team in the operation of the studio, while building strong and trusting relationships with all staff and the studio community.
- Assist the Scheduling team (excellent development opportunities)
- General administrative duties and data entry.
- Assist guests and members in choosing studio products by promoting the features, advantages
- Assist in conducting various personnel functions including training of staff members.
- Assist the management team in coordinating club sales and promotions.
- Perform various administrative duties involved in all departments of the studio.
- Assist in helping with all fitness duties (including assisting in the running of Group Classes).
- Acting as a liaison with various departments and operational systems with regard to all department issues and opportunities.
- Update and provide daily and monthly sales reports and summaries.
- Create open communication with the management team in relation to operations of the studio, personnel, and member feedback/concerns.
- All other related tasks.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Diploma/certificate in business, sales, and general management or experience.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will also be considered.
- Solid understanding of the fitness industry.
- Ability to cohesively work in a team environment and work independently
- General computer knowledge (Microsoft Office and Outlook).
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Amazing customer service and sales skills.
- Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
- Ability to work flexible shifts as needed may include evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
