Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the store runs smoothly
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and supervise sales associates, ensuring they are knowledgeable about products and providing excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in inventory management
- Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store appearance
- Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, counting cash, and making deposits
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee shifts
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Sales management experience is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Bilingual skills (multilingual) are a plus
As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager in achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth store operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, sales management experience, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks.
