Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. As a Landscape Technician, you will play a key role in maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring they are visually appealing and healthy.
**Duties**:
- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer - standard transmission
- Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding
- Plant flowers, trees, and shrubs according to landscape plans
- Maintain and repair irrigation systems
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Assist in the installation of landscape features like walkways and retaining walls
**Experience**:
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Experience operating a forklift for moving materials
- Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs
- Commercial driving experience for transporting equipment or materials
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks related to landscaping work
- Familiarity with handling freight for delivery or transport
**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
