Landscaping Manager

Norse Landscapes Ltd is seeking a skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our outdoor workforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and development of our clients' outdoor spaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily tasks and activities of our landscaping team.
- Grounds Maintenance: Direct and supervise the maintenance of our clients' outdoor spaces, including lawn care, pruning, and planting.
- Landscape Construction: Oversee the planning and execution of landscape construction projects, including site preparation, installation, and finishing.
- Worksite Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our team members, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 people, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they meet their job requirements.
- Area of Work Experience: Gain experience in snow removal, interior landscaping, lawn care, grounds maintenance, and landscape construction.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel to various work sites.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, withstanding physically demanding conditions, including standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate initiative, judgement, team player skills, and flexibility in a dynamic work environment.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and withstand physically demanding conditions.
