About the Role

We are looking for a Learning & Engagement Coordinator. The role will be responsible for supporting global learning and engagement programs and events for our staff and Chief Experience Officers (CEOs, the G Adventures’ name for tour leaders) both virtually and in-person, and providing administrative support for our global onboarding program to help show new staff all that is amazing about G Adventures.

Working with members of the Learning & Engagement team, the Learning & Engagement Coordinator will be an integral part of the Talent Agency at G Adventures. This is a role for someone who loves people, is detail-obsessed, is highly organized, a team player, and wants to make an impact on the G Adventures community.

Given the need to coordinate physical resources, this is an in-office position with the ability to work remotely occasionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with coordination and execution of global and regional learning and engagement programs and events for staff and CEOs (virtual and in-person)- Prepare materials and technology for global learning and engagement programs and events- Perform administrative tasks in our Learning Management System (LMS) related to course registration, facilitator scheduling, classroom rosters, invites, and joining instructions- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to assess data from multiple systems, and work to further automate routine tasks- Support deployment and analysis of learning and engagement surveys-
- Assist with maintaining global communications calendar- Support employer branding initiatives (social media, video segments, etc.)- Oversee the management of in-house media channels (marquee, visual displays, etc.) for the promotion of engagement initiatives- Support with scheduling and conducting tours of Head Office as needed for new staff and external visitors- Be an ambassador for G Adventures by living by our core values and demonstrating this to others in the organization- Act as an effective, reliable member of the team by demonstrating teamwork and developing internal and external relationships and supporting business improvement initiatives

Desired Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Learning & Engagement or similar skill set, with a certificate or diploma in HR an asset- Superior listening/communication skills, both oral and written- Strong planning and organizational skills with a high attention for detail- Presentation/Meeting facilitation skills an asset- A process improver who continually seeks for efficiencies- Has worked with global teams/departments- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across the organization- Ability to work independently without supervision- Has experience coordinating events and project planning (virtually and i
