We are in search of a driven, ambitious Sales Representative to join our expanding team. This role is perfect for closers who are eager to grow with a thriving company and have an appetite for high earning potential. As a Sales Representative, you will be selling our extensive range of roofing, siding, windows, doors, and eavestrough services on a commission basis.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
Build, maintain, and nurture relationships with potential and existing customers.
Educate customers on our products and services with detailed and accurate information.
Achieve sales targets by identifying, developing, and securing business opportunities.
Perform market research to understand competitors and market trends.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports to senior management.
Participate in sales team meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and success.
Deliver high-quality sales presentations to potential customers, translating the value of our services.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is beneficial.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation and selling skills with a track record of closing deals.
Highly motivated, target-driven, and committed to achieving sales goals.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade exhibitions, etc.
