We pride ourselves on our skilled team and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated Commission-Only Sales Representative to help us expand our reach and grow our business.

Position Overview:
As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with potential clients, and promoting our services in the general contracting industry. This role is ideal for self-starters who thrive in a flexible work environment and are driven by results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the general contracting market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals.
- Present our services effectively to potential clients and address their needs.
- Collaborate with our project management team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Well spoken, excellent communicator, appropriate general appearance.
- Transparent communication within team.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or contracting industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of general contracting services and market trends is a plus.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards achieving sales goals.

Compensation:
This is a commission-only position, offering competitive commission rates on sales generated. Your earning potential is unlimited based on your performance.
