THE LOCATION
The head office is in Hamilton, ON
This is a work-from-office position - 4 days in the office.
This is an Inside Sales, Outside Sales role - (60% of the time is in the field meeting clients)

Commercial Insurance - provides extensive risk management solutions across various industries, including automotive, aviation, construction, energy, and more. They help businesses identify and mitigate risks with customized insurance plans.
Personal Insurance : This includes coverage for home, auto, and personal valuables. They are dedicated to finding the best solutions to protect clients' assets, offering services like signature service personal insurance products and group home and auto programs
Employee Benefits : The company also offers customized group benefits, retirement savings solutions, and benefits administration to help businesses attract and retain talent
This position will be focusing on selling the Employee Benefits

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
$65k-$75k guaranteed salary+commissions for the first two years, with uncapped/residual commissions
First-year OTE of $80K
The current team of sales in the 5-10-year range is earning $150,000 to $350,000 yearly

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
3-5 years of Sales Experience
Experience selling insurance-related services would be considered a plus
EDUCATION
Post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience
