As a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agents and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibility will be to handle administrative tasks, assist in coordinating real estate transactions, and provide exceptional customer service to our clients. **Compensation**:
$45,000 to $55,000 depending on experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to real estate agents, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings
- Prepare and maintain real estate documents, contracts, and listings
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of marketing materials and property advertisements
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate parties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and competitors as directed
- Assist in coordinating real estate transactions, including liaising with clients, lawyers, lenders, and other parties involved
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and property databases

**Qualifications**:

- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional real estate or administrative certifications are a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate industry
- Proficiency in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate-specific software
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach
