Westland Insurance Group Ltd is growing and has a new opportunity for an Assistant Branch Manager in Delta, BC at our Ladner Trenant Park office. **Expected Compensation**: The expected hourly hiring range for this role is $ 28.00 to $35.00, with a 35 hourwork week. Your rate of pay will be determined based on your individual qualifications and experience, while considering internal equity.

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for the promotion, sales and service of all insurance products. - Guide and support sales agents to attain expected targets and continuously monitor branch reports for key performance indicators
