We have an OUTSTANDING opportunity in our **Delta, BC** location for an **Inside Sales Branch Associate**. This person is the smiling face that greets our customers both on the phone and at the front counter, Monday - Friday **(8 hours between 8a.m. - 5p.m.**) No two days are alike - you’ll be working at the front counter, on the phones, and in the warehouse.

In this position, you will assist customers face-to-face and by phone, providing superior customer service with product inquiries. The responsibilities of the role are entering customer orders, generating sales, up selling and cross-selling product, and identifying sales opportunities. As well as you will be working in our warehouse, picking customer orders, assisting with shipping and receiving, and inventory counts. this is a small team where everyone is an essential part of the mix.

You are not an order taker, you’re an order MAKER - you are building relationships with our customers, introducing new products, mentioning value, and adding additional contacts within existing accounts that could lead to developing new accounts or to further assist them in other areas of their business. We are an inside sales organization, so you are the eyes and ears of the company looking and finding the opportunities for growth one question and conversation at a time. Be curious. Have fun. **Requirements**:
We are looking for someone who is high-energy, motivated, and enjoys being customer-facing. Strong attention to detail is necessary in this position. This position also requires a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and computer skills. Must have exceptional communication skills and be diligent In following up on new business. Closing sales and achieving sales targets. Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
