**A day in the life of Operations Lead**:
The objective of this role is to revamp, oversee and monitor all scheduling activities and process. The role would be part operations and part projects. Project management will be an integral part of this role and the individual will work on special projects as determined by the team.
**About You**:
- Minimum 5 years experience in similar role.
- Managerial experience is an asset.
- Experience with project management considered a strong asset.
- Scheduling/planning background.
- Technology-savvy, ease of navigation in any system.
- Experience implementing systems considered an asset.
- Very organized.
- Ability to find solutions, creative mindset.
- Conflict-resolution.
- People-oriented and great communication (will be interacting with all FOS team members on the daily and following up with them).
- Experience or ability in project management.
- Bilingual French and English.
