Currently, the Winnipeg Free Press Finance Department has an exceptional opportunity for a full-time **ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE** to join our team.

Your duties will include:

- Preparing bank deposits and related reports, including processing and balancing of incoming payments.
- General Finance Department administrative support duties and special excel report projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Education should include basic accounting skills and/or related work experience in a Microsoft-based financial office environment.
- One to two years’ experience in accounts receivable/collections with general finance department office administration skills; intermediate excel proficiency preferred.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Exceptional communication and people skills. The ability to be a service provider to both internal and external customers.
- Commitment to teamwork, excellence and success.

Pay: $36,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
