A self-starter with knack for identifying top talent As a highly collaborative individual, you excel at partnering with internal stakeholders to identify talent needs, and then leverage your experience in talent acquisition to create and execute highly effective recruitment strategies. You see yourself as more than just a recruiter: you understand that talent acquisition, employer branding and internal growth need to be aligned in order to be effective.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for all departments, with particular focus on managing relationships with passive talent
- Facilitate the offer process and a smooth transition to onboarding
- Partner with business leaders to understand talent needs and implement talent acquisition strategy that addresses needs
- Partner with marketing team to develop employer branding strategy that aligns with talent acquisition strategies
- Partner with learning and development partner to foster internal talent development and promote a culture of growth and internal hiring
- Conduct research to identify recruitment events, engage internal people to attend events, and conduct timely follow-ups
- Commit time on an on-going basis to your professional growth, including courses, reading, webinars, etc.

**What You'll Bring**:

- At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition (for both technical and non-technical roles), preferably within a fast-growing organization
- Experience building and/or managing early talent programs is considered an asset
- Demonstrated experience influencing and/or spear-heading employer branding initiatives
- Familiarity with talent acquisition and development tools (ex. LinkedIn, Greenhouse, Lever, Lattice)
- Solid understanding talent acquisition techniques and best practices
- Exceptional relationship management and partnering skills, with the ability to communicate with and influence stakeholders at various levels
