**The Opportunity**:

- Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition and working closely with a team of passionate and dedicated Talent professionals in both Canada and the UK
- You will be playing a critical role in the growth of PatSnap, which was recently named as one of the Sunday Times Fast Track Tech 100 fastest growing companies Hiring great talent into our business is fundamental to our success and you will be responsible for identifying and attracting the next PatSnappers
- You will partner with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to understand their business objectives and provide strategic advice which ensures the most effective recruitment process is followed
- Working to fill diverse roles from entry-level to Senior Leadership level across various functions of the business such as Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, People Operations, and more

- 3+ years of full cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- ATS - Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
- Microsoft Office
- LinkedIn Recruiter
- Salary and benefits negotiation
- Data driven approach to recruitment process
- Competency-based interview techniques
