Job Description

The Talent Development Partner is a critical role that supports the design, development, and implementation of corporate-wide talent development programs. Reporting to the HR Director, this position collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to identify talent needs, create and manage the talent framework, including programs, resources, and tools to enhance employee performance and leadership effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify, implement, and deliver talent development initiatives to accelerate organizational and team performance, positively impacting business results.
  • Work closely with HR and business partners to drive performance management, business, and cultural transformation efforts, supporting HR initiatives that ensure consistent messaging and training across the organization.
  • Design and deploy learning and development solutions to support the talent development strategy.
  • Manage the instructional design/curriculum development process, including program measurement, by working closely with subject matter experts to understand business needs and align programming.
