**Injection and Stretch Blow Moulding Team Member**

**Tri-Art Manufacturing **is a manufacturer of art and audio products, with PET bottles used on our filling lines.

We are currently looking to hire a full time **Injection and Stretch Blow moulding**:

- **Operator **with experience in overseeing injection moulding operations, processes and machines running moulds with up to 8 cavities for our manufacturing facility located in Kingston, Ontario.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for operating the blow moulding or injection machines
- Maintain quality standards to our set specifications
- Optimizing processes to reduce downtime and increase profitability.
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Responsible for changing moulds and completing set-ups successfully;
- Conduct minor preventative machine maintenance and service procedures as scheduled;
- Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with specified run times;
- Determine and report malfunctions to the appropriate parties;
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and areas and conduct minor preventative maintenance procedures;
- Make recommendations for productivity and/or method improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Experience with Injection and Stretch Blow moulding processes and machines.
- Experience in re-setting parameters on machines equipped with interface touch panel.
- Strong background in installation and removal of moulds, following manufacturer’s methods to extend the life of all mould components.
- Experience with a wide variety of PET blow-moulded containers preferred
- Trouble shooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of dryers, cooling systems, and other surrounding auxiliary equipment
- Strong troubleshooting ability, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment, and excellent organizational skills are required.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety policy and procedures, blueprints, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to operate the machinery with efficiency to produce accurate parts.

**Working Conditions**:

- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs; manual dexterity required to use hand tools.
- Environment: Frequently noisy working environment; Warmer the normal working environment; standing for long periods of time.
- Safety Gear: Safety glasses and steel-toe boots are required.

**Pay**:

- 6:30 to 5pm
- 10 Hour Shifts
