**In this role, you will**:
Be responsible for the preparation and management of project schedules for the purpose of bidding or live project monitoring and control

Liaise with Project Management, Planning and Production teams to ensure capture planning interfaces and dependencies
Produce bid schedules with input from stakeholders
Develop and maintain time and resource levelled schedules for projects
Analyse project schedules to ensure status, accuracy and variances are captured
Produce and evaluate information from project schedule for management team
Produce overall project resource labour loading curves
Produce and maintain cardinal date plan, critical path analysis and key event plan

A Minimum 4 years' experience working in project scheduling, preferably in an Engineering or Marine environment
Proficiency in Primavera and/or Microsoft Project
Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills with the ability to collate and present information at appropriate levels
Ability to react quickly when necessary to meet challenging objectives.
Exceptional organizational skills
Ability to work as part of a team or individually
A working knowledge with progressing/work package database etc. (Project Estimating and Planning System (PEPS) is desirable
Submarine refit / Surface Ship refit experience or large-scale construction experience would be an asset
Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19, meaning that you must have received the full series of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by the Government of Canada with the final dose at least 14 days prior to your start date as well as any COVID boosters recommended by public health authorities
You are eligible for a Canadian Secret Security and ITAR Clearance
