We are hiring a very experienced SCHEDULER to join our team full time 9:00AM to 5:00PM-Mon through Friday. If you're excited to be part of a team that leads with their heart, Luxcare is a great place to grow your career.

Responsibilities for Scheduler:

- Organize Caregiver's availability with clients.
- Add, cancel or make changes to clients schedules
- Resolve scheduling conflicts for staff and clients
- Schedule staff coverage in order to ensure the company's best operations standards

Qualifications for Scheduler:

- Highly organized and can work well under pressure with excellent concentration.
- General math skills and experience working with data
- Computer competency for data entry and the production of reports and schedules
- Excellent communication skills both in person and over the phone -will be communicating with staff and clients
- Ability to fulfill the company's standards and values when performing scheduling tasks
- Display kindness but also able to be firm with clients and employees
- Ability to perform more than one task at a time and solve problems quickly
- Schedule project timelines in order to predict the finish date for larger projects
- Ability to retain and recall all scheduling information
- Excellent at learning new software
- Team player
- Positive attitude
