We are seeking an experienced Schedule Manager to join our team in Victoria, BC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Ship Maintenance Lead in organizing routines and developing integrated schedules for the Work Period.
  • Manage preparation, monitoring, and maintenance of Work Period work lists and schedules.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reports are produced as required.
  • Update real-time dashboards and communicate schedule changes across the enterprise.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Material Expeditor to identify material not in stock.
  • Raise Purchases Requisitions on behalf of the SML.
  • Collect and organize Objective Quality Evidence.
  • Assist Maintenance Coordinators with Work Pack Management.
Requirements:
  • Strong computer literacy with experience in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Experience and knowledge with ERP or EAM systems (SAP and Maximo preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences.
  • College graduate with trade experience or postgraduate qualifications in Business, Project Management, or Engineering.
  • Previous experience scheduling and/or planning projects.
  • Exposure to Scheduling Tools (Microsoft Project preferred).
  • Experience in the Defence industry or marine industry related to shipbuilding, ship repair, or ship maintenance.
