Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Marketing & Digital Content Coordinatoris a champion wordsmith and creative content producer. Responsible for copywriting, creative concepts and performing administrative duties to support the retail and online business, the Marketing & Digital Content Coordinatoris detail oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about fashion communications and social media. He/She is a highly organized planner, exhibits the ability work on multiple tasks at once in a rapidly changing environment and enjoys collaborating with others to meet objectives while adhering to brand standards.

**Copywriting & Content**
- Monitors and adheres to global product database deadlines, supports the global business by developing copy assets for product databases in support of all fashion collections. Crafts highly descriptive copy by product type/style, demonstrating a clear understanding of product categories, knowledge of têxtiles and effective use of fashion terminology.
- Provides and regularly proofs all copy assets for digital properties as part of the Ecommerce Quality Assurance Team (ECommerce and corporate websites).
- Writes compelling copy for various formats including but not limited to: social media content, blog articles, digital marketing copy, store communications, media alerts, customer correspondence, press releases and product knowledge materials.
- Collaborates with translation services to meet deadlines.
- Aligns with partners at global headquarters for the development of North American social media content calendar. Crafts engaging copy and content for daily posts and stories for all North American social channels including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik Tok, LinkedIn.
- Responsible for procuring talent/influencers to realize the social media plan. Prepares creative briefs for proper project execution, proposes and coordinates agreements with influencers, bloggers, video and content creators.
- Responsible for creation of social media video assets/reels.
- Serves as editor of the company newsletter (as required).

**Administration & Planning**
- Responsible for assisting the Marketing Director in forward-planning of seasonal marketing activity, updating the Retail Planning Calendar weekly and adhering to production schedules.
- Assists the Marketing Director with planning and monitoring of the marketing budget; issues vendor requests for project quotations in line with the marketing budget, processes purchase orders, verifies invoices and tracks monthly budget reports.
- Manages and updates all department distribution lists including store master lists for marketing materials, PR contact lists for press communications, and mall marketing contact lists.
- Coordinates production for all marketing initiatives, plans print and data workback schedules, defines criteria for outreach campaigns.
- Maintains tracking of results by campaign.
- Organizes, replenishes inventory of and coordinates the distribution of marketing materials.
- Liaises with global HQ on receipt of global creative and copy assets, fact checks, and press materials.
- Liaises with landlords and shopping center administrators to ensure mall websites display current promotions and events, maximizing mall advertising/event opportunities.
- Ensures all contests meet approval and registration in Quebec.
- Assists the Marketing Director in crafting project briefs, RFPs, and market research projects.
- Prepares accurate and dynamic PowerPoint presentations as needed.
- Provides marketing support to the filed. Oversees Store Marketing Request Application submissions; liaises with management for approvals and communicates with Store and District Managers on status and completion of requests.
- Collaborates regularly with the Retail Operations Manager for approval of marketing communications, executes deployment to field in a timely manner.
- Maintains task documentation for cross-training.
- Assists the Digital Marketing Specialist with scheduling social media content (Later) and contests (Woobox), monitors engagement, and responds to social media inquiries as required.
- Assist the merchandise and planning department with the production of collection line lists.
- Coordinates projects related to loyalty initiatives including but not limited to: defining and communicating data criteria for qualifiers, overseeing loyalty program print projects and results, creative development of new program parameters.
- Active involvement is the adherence to CASL protocols.
**Public Relations**
- Responsible for developing PR outreach schedule, preparing materials for distribution to press and media contacts in support of seasonal and collection launches, product innovations, and other company news. Provides follow up accordingly and coordinates the transfer and loaning of product when required.
