Content Marketing Coordinator

As the Content Marketing Coordinator, you will work as part Brand and Content Strategy team. This role reports to the Director of Brand and Content Strategy and a team of other driven and collaborative marketing managers. You will work on projects and help create content that supports global teams to drive brand awareness and marketing growth. **What You Will Do at Prophix**
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the team in coordinating content production, content management, social media postings, content reviews and development, and brand content activities.
Your tasks include:
Content production coordination
- Collaborate with teams across the marketing organization to understand, scope, and coordinate creative production needs and deliverables - including content production requirements and timelines for the internal creative team
- Support the management of production process and assets, including translation/transcreation, versioning, and rebranding processes
- Ensure effective communication and proactive follow-ups between the internal creative team and other marketing teams to ensure timely project completion
- Support the creative team with planning and development of marketing materials and campaigns
- Conduct ongoing research, and competitive and industry monitoring, to develop content ideas or support content creation
- Champion and maintain creative production processes
- Package and deliver the final assets for launch
- Regularly compile content performance metrics to support the team in content optimization efforts
- As needed, provide coordination support on content and campaign projects with external vendors to ensure effective project delivery and quality execution
Content/marketing assets management
- Ensure the updating, archiving, and uploading of marketing assets/communications into the proper repositories or channels, and maintain processes to streamline this activity
- Oversee requirements and manage asset versioning when required
- Support with the production, purchase, or delivery of marketing materials, including "swag" and gifting
- Review and revise content as needed, ensuring content is well-written and adhering to an established brand and quality standards
Social media
- Following the established social media guidelines and strategies, manage content calendar and content creation processes
- Bring social media content ideas and concepts to the table every month
- Create social media content and ads, collaborating with the creative team or external parties as needed
- Coordinate publishing of organic and paid social media content
- Review social media analytics and produce performance/insights reports, advising regularly on ideas to optimize the social media content
- Monitor social media channels and support community management/engagement activities
Brand content activities
- Champion brand strategy and guidelines
- Support formatting and simple revisions of materials (e.g. sales decks) to ensure brand consistency
- Review materials developed, used, and posted by teams across the organization to ensure quality standards are met and champion brand guidelines
- Support the creation of branded content as needed

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
- A strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B or SaaS companies
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Exceptional English writing skills - able to proofread and revise content, and draft new content as needed
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - demonstrated ability to effectively coordinate projects a strong asset
- Strong computer skills: O365 Suite
- Avid learner and self-starter, driven and enjoy a fast-paced, results-driven start-up culture where you can and are expected to make an impact
