Toronto, Canada Litem Legal Services Prof. Corp Full time

Personal injury law firm is looking for an experienced personal injury legal assistant/law clerk with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Duties will include but are not limited to the following:

- Prepare initial letters to clients, defense counsel, insurance companies, and medical offices
- Complete various OCF forms as per the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule
- Communicate with insurance adjusters
- Submit and process client claims
- Schedule client appointments
- Maintain client information
- Respond to undertakings and production requests

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English and professional communication skills
- Paralegal/Law Clerk diploma from a recognized community college
- Knowledge of dispute resolution process for AB claims
- Experience in personal injury
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional attitude
- A passion for working within personal injury

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $36,000.00-$38,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
