**JOB RELATED DUTIES**:

- Receiving all incoming Product
- Provide Support for Receiving Floor Staff
- Clerical Duties/Post Goods Issue/Reporting

**Third-Party Warehouses and Oshawa Warehouse**
- Support 3rd Party Warehouses with Receiving Process including Fergus Whse. 9266 Bridge St as needed.
- Direct liaison between sales.warehouse and production plants
- Report systems issues to help desk and create Internal Service Requests as required.
- Receiving all incoming product, SAP, WCSS and LS2
- Provide disposition of Hold Tags
- Forward Hold Tags that require Sundry Invoicing to Canadian Inventory Team and/or updates rework spreadsheet
- Investigate and communicate (as needed) receipt discrepancies
- Update final Whse storage dates (Oshawa. Fergus, 9266 Bridge St & 3rd party)
- Perform SAP PGI Process/Freight (as needed)
- Monitor errors and report to Manager
- Assist warehouse Manager, Supervisor and group leads with respect to verifying pertinent information pertaining to Receiving
- Runs LX03 to ensure Receipts are completed (all Whse’s)
- Investigates/Communicates/Updates ZM25 and ZM31 Open PO Reports for takeback materials for all third party warehouses Oshawa and Fergus
- Runs ZM23 Report Monthly
- Month end Receiving Reports
- Update google docs/spreadsheets as required
- Weekly Reports (customer specific)
- ZUOM (Once a Year) -Oshawa, Fergus Warehouse & 3rd party
- Retention of Records/Archiving
- General clerical duties as assigned.

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**
- Post Secondary Certificate/diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and work experience is required
- Preferred Minimum 2 years experience in a Logistics Warehouse Environment with a Financial Background
- Strong computer skills, MS Word, Intermediate to Advanced Excel, SAP, Lotus Notes, Gmail, Google Docs/Smartsheet’s
- Excellent Communications skills oral and written, well organized and willing to work in a fast paced changing environment.
