**Job Title : Administrative Assistant for Chiropody Clinic**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet patients and visitors and answer incoming phone calls.
- Schedule appointments, procedures and follow up visits for patient using the electronic medical record system (EMR)
- Verify and update patient demographic in EMR.
- Process payments
- Manage patient medical records and ensure they are accurate, complete and up-to-date.
- Maintain inventory of clinical and office supplies and order as needed.
- Preform administrative duties as assigned by clinic manager.
- Clean and sanitize clinic rooms, bathroom, and other clinic spaces.

**Requirements**:

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in medical office administration or related field (preferred)
- Proficient in using computers, and experience processing various payments.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move up to 30lbs and perform overhead lifting up 10lbs

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
