**Provide Administrative Support to Advisors**
- Schedule meetings and organize calendar
- Prepare meeting documents and reports
- Follow up on client meetings; ensuring tasks are completed
- Draft correspondence, create reports, update spreadsheets and maintain client database
- Process and follow up on trades
- Arrange business related travel and accommodation
- Assist in overall running and organization of office

**Secondary Job Functions**
- Backup to Receptionist
- Greet clients and other visitors
- Answer phones
- Courier and mail
- Review correspondence
- Electronic filing
- Maintain client/supplier contact database
- Print, copy, fax and scan documents
- Shred documents and maintain shredder
