The Dental Office Administrator establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with patients and all members of the oral health-care team to deliver the highest level of patient-centred care. Successful candidates have strong communication, computer, and people skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced team, quick-thinking, excellent time-management, organizational skills, and professionalism are required.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: receptionist duties, answering the phone, scheduling patients, confirming appointments, managing patient records, schedule management, billing, planning treatment, finance, and insurance management.

The ideal candidate will have education in the dental field (administration, assistant, hygiene) or 1+ years experience in a dental office setting (administration, assistant, hygiene). A great attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to patients' oral health are our top priorities. Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
