We are seeking a highly motivated R&D Project Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for managing research and development projects, while also coordinating with other departments and ensuring the successful completion of all projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire life cycle of R&D projects, from conception to final product launch.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the R&D team.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering field. Advanced degree preferred.
