**Property Administrator/Campus Coordinator Role & General Responsibilities**
Assist with on-site administrative support to the Property Manager, Senior Building Operator, and a team of set-up/maintenance staff at a community-based site that includes traditional office use in addition to a state-of-the-art community center
The role requires the following skillset/attributes:

- Superior attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work conditions includ**i**ng service interruptions;
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel & Outlook) and Yardi;
- Reliable access to a fully insured vehicle;
- Ability to work independently, as well as within a team;
- Effective conflict resolution skills;
- Capacity to learn easily and ability to work with little supervision;
- Commitment for company’s competencies: collaboration, accountability and focus on results;
**Responsibilities**
- Facilitate accurate and timely responses to all incoming communications and requests from tenants, users, contractors, etc.;
- Administration of work/purchase orders for repair/maintenance-related items;
- Respond to contractor queries and correspondence;
- Draft notices and general property-related communications;
- Assist with the scheduling of services and oversight of contractors;
- Assist with property inspections and identification of site deficiencies;
- Maintain work flow list of deficiencies identified by inspection reports;
- Assist with oversight of set-up/maintenance staff by providing instructions and direction accordingly as provided for by EMS reports and requests;
- Assist with rooM/Furniture set ups as required;
- Facilitate room rentals and management of events schedule;
- Assist with reporting to the Property Manager re: operational activity and financial/budget-related matters;
- Assist with oversight of janitorial staff and cleaning schedule;
- Establish and maintain a strong relationship with tenants, vendors and various contractors to assist in the day-to-day operations of the properties;
- Assist with maintaining electronic and hard copy files and documentation;
- Before leaving their shift take every preventative measure or action to ensure the safety of our buildings and occupants.
- Record/report all incidents to the Facilities Manager in accordance with company policy & procedure;
- Participate in all fire drills and life safety training, and perform and/or monitor building security requirements and fire alarm/sprinkler systems;
- Perform other related duties as assigned;
**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
