The Muse headband uses EEG sensors to monitor brain activity and provide real-time feedback to users about their mental state, including their level of focus, relaxation, and stress. It has been used by researchers, mental health & rehabilitation clinics, universities and sport teams to improve mindfulness, mental health practices, sleep and support neuroscience research and innovation.

Interaxon is known to be the
**largest EEG datasets** in the world, with +1 billion minutes of brain data. Muse has been used in over
**200 published clinical research** studies, including Mayo Clinic, NASA, Harvard and MIT.Interaxon is headquartered in Toronto, Canada

As the Growth Marketer at Interaxon, you’ll be working with the VP of Marketing to lead the optimization and growth of current acquisition channels and developing new acquisition channels. You are a skilled growth marketer with 3-5 years of experience working at building and growing acquisition channels for a global B2C eCommerce business. You enjoy working in a creative team environment, complemented by an ability to self-manage for deadlines and the ability to fail fast and learn quickly.

**What you will do**:

- Manage our channel-specific Ad Agencies and CRO agency to plan, create, optimize and scale campaigns across all paid marketing channels (search, social, display) as well as test and experiment with new advertising channels (TikTok, Reddit)
- Own the ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting required on channel performance KPIs. Deliver channel insights to internal team and stakeholders using industry analytics tools (Google Analytics, BigQuery, Mode, Google Data Studio)
- Work closely with Muse's design team to provide data-oriented insights on how to develop and optimize scroll-stopping ad creative and FOMO-inducing landing pages.
- Work with our product team to build growth loops into the Muse core experience.
- Drive and own eCommerce site optimization including SEO optimization; CRO; landing pages/content tests; google analytics reporting and delivering insights; etc.
- Work with the content marketing team to maintain content that builds and nurtures every part of the sales funnel.

**As a high-performance growth marketer, you are/have: ⁠**:

- 3-5 years' experience in a similar role with a track record of executing successful campaigns backed up by measurable ROI, and can share proven testing strategies that resulted in optimized results.
- An excellent communicator who is able to effectively manage and coordinate multiple agencies with direct marketing budgets of >$3M USD to meet performance goals and share multi-channel insights.
- Live and breathe marketing metrics like eCPC, ROAS, CAC and LTV.
