About the Role:
Bosa Properties is looking for a receptionist to support our head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Receptionist will act as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees in our offices Downtown Vancouver, and play a key role in creating a welcoming environment.

**What You'll Do**
- Provide a positive guest experience and support in the delivery of a smoothly running office;
- Meet and greet guests at the reception desk and act as the first point of contact for general office information;
- Answer telephone and assist callers;
- Manage mail and courier packages;
- Support the coordination of bookings of boardrooms, including liaising with IT on reported technical issues;
- Assist with Accounts Payable, and other administrative tasks such as managing office access cards and stationary supplies;
- Assist the team with other various administrative and employee engagement tasks, as required.

- Two (2) years of reception or office administration experience;
- You’re organized and have a high attention to detail;
- You are able to communicate intently and work collaboratively, building strong relationships across the organization and with external partners;
- You are able to be flexible in your approach and adapt to support new priorities as they arise;
- You demonstrate a high level of professionalism and integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
