The B2B Business Development Manager (PC) is responsible for the setting up and ongoing execution of the B2B PC business in Canada. Specifically, this role will be responsible for identifying and supporting key channels for PC growth in the B2B market, combined with the ongoing support of Enterprise customers for PC related BOs. Duties include long term planning as well as day-to-day management of Channel Partners and Customers to ensure the successful achievement of Market Share and Revenue targets of Samsung’s PC solutions in Canada.

Role and Responsibilities
- Set up and develop the B2B PC business at Samsung Canada with a focus on the growth for assigned channel partners, customer accounts and B2B online channels.
- Work collaboratively with B2B Enterprise Sales team to achieve PC revenue, profit and market share targets.
- Collaborate with B2B Product Management and Samsung Maketing team to plan Samsung’s PC strategy and promotional campaigns for current product line-up and key launch activities for new product additions.
- Develop and execute tactical plans, manage forecasts, promotional planning and pricing.
- Analyze high priority account performance monthly/quarterly utilizing Samsung KPI’s.
- Make product presentations, for both new PC product introductions and current PC product offerings to customers and prospects as required by the business.
- Serve as the liaison between Channel and Samsung to coordinate and collaborate on inventory related matters including:

- Sales trends and future demand
- Purchase Order Requests and Submission
- Short-Term upside/downside requests
- Samsung commitment within lead time
- Long Range order forecast
- Appointment requests Follow-ups
- Logistics Issues

Skills and Qualifications

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Knowledge:

- Versatile in multi-tasking with ability to prioritize most critical tasks / projects to maximize ROI.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interact comfortably with a wide range of levels in organizations: from senior executives to support staff within and outside of the company.
- Strong oral and written communications skills, presentation skills (French language skills would be an asset, but not required).
- Must be highly self-motivated and capable of self-directed work.
- Must be capable of planning, organizing and prioritizing multiple and simultaneous projects and assignments.

**Experience**:

- 7-10 years PC industry experience in a Sales, Product Management and/or Marketing role.
