**Job description**

Job Location: Barrie. Base salary is $40,000.00 with a sliding commission scale. The total pay can be between $40,000.00 - $120,000.00+ per year when including commission.

Fuzeclick is seeking an experienced sales professional for a Sales & Marketing Account Manager position to join our team. In this role, the Sales & Marketing Account Manager will be directly responsible for bringing in new performance marketing sales revenue. This person will work to uncover and develop new clients and agencies as an individual contributor to Fuzeclick’s global sales division. The Sales & Marketing

Account Manager must be able to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders from sales and marketing to executive staff members.

Main Responsibilities
- Identify and close strategic advertising partnerships with leading brand/performance-based advertisers or agencies/intermediaries that help ensure long term success for the company
- Develop and grow repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners and agencies
- Understand client needs, anticipate future goals and help determine ideal solutions
- Manage expectations at all levels, attend and direct client meetings; Demonstrate a proactive and consultative approach in addressing client needs
- Effectively communicate and partner with all internal Fuzeclick’s experts as a team to meet and exceed advertisers' needs and beat the competition
- Evangelize the adoption of Fuzeclick’s ad platform products, rich media solutions and creative services during education events and conferences

Day-to-Day
- Prospecting and building a pipeline of potential advertisers, while meeting and exceeding annual goals
- Liaise with the senior management team to increase and diversify demand
- Creatively identify new ROI-driven use cases
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement through quarter business reviews and weekly forecast calls
- Work cross functionally with Publisher Relations, Business Development, Product and other internal teams to ensure campaign success and communication
- Identify product improvements or new products for sales team to utilize in order to improve client outreach
- Following up with new clients to ensure on-time payment for the services completed
