Executive Assistant

**Experience**:
- 1 or more years of administrative experience (required)
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & PDFs (required)
- Experience with QuickBooks Online (preferred)
**Work Authorization**:Canada (required)
**Responsibilities**:
- Host virtual meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Assist with miscellaneous paperwork, digital filing, and organizing
- Acquire and maintain an active notary license in Saskatchewan and perform notary services
- Prepare orders for office supplies
- Perform simple bank reconciliations
- Perform basic bookkeeping functions
- Other miscellaneous administrative functions
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
