**Description**:
Reporting to the Human Resources & Operations Manager, the HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting an array of HR programs including but not limited to, Employee relations recruiting, on-boarding, benefits administration, employee relations and performance management.

**General Responsibilities**:

- Provides Human Resources support on a full range of HR functions including recruitment & retention, onboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, and performance management
- Point of contact for employee concerns, conflict resolution, provide guidance to employees in relation to company policies ad procedures.
- Updating HRIS system (BambooHR & Payworks)
- Supports the workplace Health and Safety program and compliance
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
- Drafting employment letters, offer letters, and any other paperwork as needed
- Setting up new hires into Payworks
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary Education in Human Resources or related fields
- 5 - 8 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Proficiency in MS office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Self-starter and results oriented
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with employees and management
- Ability to handle situations professionally with sensitivity, diplomacy and tact
- Must be a team player
- Bilingual (French & English)
- Must be able to travel occasionally

Relevant du gestionnaire des ressources humaines et des opérations, le généraliste RH sera responsable de soutenir une gamme de programmes RH, y compris, mais sans s’y limiter, les relations avec les employés, le recrutement, l’intégration, l’administration des avantages sociaux, les relations avec les employés et la gestion de la performance.

**Responsabilités générales**:

- Fournir un soutien en ressources humaines sur une gamme complète de fonctions RH, y compris le recrutement et la rétention, l’intégration, l’administration des avantages sociaux, les relations avec les employés et la gestion de la performance.
- Point de contact pour les préoccupations des employés, la résolution des conflits, fournir des conseils aux employés en relation avec les politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
- Mise à jour du système RHIS (BambooHR et Payworks).
- Soutenir le programme de santé et de sécurité au travail et la conformité.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la direction et les employés pour améliorer les relations de travail, renforcer le moral, augmenter la productivité et la rétention.
- Rédiger des lettres d’emploi, des lettres d’offre et tout autre document nécessaire.
- Configurer les nouveaux employés dans Payworks.
- Autres tâches assignées.

**Qualifications**:

- Éducation postsecondaire en ressources humaines ou dans des domaines connexes.
- 5 à 8 ans d’expérience dans un rôle en ressources humaines.
- Maîtrise de MS Office, y compris Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Autonome et orienté vers les résultats.
- Très organisé avec une grande attention aux détails.
- Excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite avec la capacité de communiquer avec les employés et la direction.
- Capacité à gérer les situations de manière professionnelle avec sensibilité, diplomatie et tact.
- Doit être un joueur d’équipe.
- Bilingue (français et anglais).
- Doit être capable de voyager oc
