Practice Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Practice Operations Analyst to join our growing team at Corus Orthodontists. This position is based in Toronto and will support clinics across North America.

**About the role**:
Reporting to the VP of Operations, the Practice Operations Analyst will be responsible for supporting a wide range of projects at Corus Home Office, supporting the Operations, Marketing and Human Resources teams. The portfolio of work will include an even split between cyclical initiatives and ad-hoc analysis to inform strategic business decisions for our growing organization. Depending on the opportunities identified in early work, the focus of this role could change to provide greater to support to a single functional area rather than the broader senior leadership team. This is a hybrid role, based out of our Toronto office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and ongoing compilation of corporate and practice-level scorecards, including the creation of new people and marketing KPIs
- Review and analyze current process flows, as well as propose and lead changes for process streamlining throughout the organization
- Ad-hoc data analysis and reporting to support head office and local practice business decisions that pertain to Human Resources, Marketing and Operations
- Participate in corporate and practice-level projects, including IT, Operations, Marketing and Human Resources
- Monitor and report on performance after implementation of new projects or process changes at an individual practice-level
- Analyze large data sets, including SKU-level purchasing data, to identify trends and opportunities to deliver more cost-effective treatment in our practices
- Liaise with Practice Managers for reporting and budget work
- Liaise with Practice team members, including Treatment Coordinators and Financial Coordinators to support pricing and conversion optimization work
- Support pricing strategy work, including local market competitive analysis, product fee guides and demand generation analysis

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors’ Degree (required) in a business or data-related discipline (preferred)
- 2+ years progressive experience in an Operational or Consulting-type role (required)
- Healthcare work experience (preferred)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite
- Experience with data analysis and developing performance indicators
- Demonstrated ability to balance working very well independently as well as functioning as a highly adaptive and collaborative team member
- Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced, start-up environment - comfortable creating new systems and procedures with limited resources and need for speed to implementation
