Arbor Memorial is currently recruiting for the position of Business Analysis Practice Manager. As a Business Analysis Practice Manager with Arbor, you will lead a systematic approach to preparing, supporting, and guiding individuals and teams through business analysis with an initial focus on a large transformative project aimed at modernizing our systems, focusing on the implementation of the MS-D365 ERP solution.
Reporting to the Director of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will lead the development and execution of a people-centric business analysis strategy, tools and techniques to facilitate the elicitation of requirements and informing of test scenarios and test cases, as well as end-user standard operating procedures.
In particular, you will leverage your extensive business analysis experience and skillset to help lead the delivery of a new ERP system. The new system is designed and intended to improve productivity through automation and process efficiencies and overall service to Arbor’s internal and external customers. This role requires close and ongoing collaboration with the Arbor PMO partners, in its various business units, to facilitate the delivery of the overall solution.
**Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities**:
General Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience leading and implementing business analysis practices.
- 3-5 years of experience leading Business Analysts.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills needed to collaborate with all levels of stakeholders internal and external to Arbor.
- Proven experience delving into end-user journeys and aligning user interface requirements to the design and build of front-end systems.
- Certifications in Business Analysis and Agile are required (For example, CAP, ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, AAC, CBDA, CFLBA, CPRE, PBA)

**Responsibilities**:
- Coach and manage Business Analysts along a path of continuous improvement, within an environment that enables Business Analysts to grow and thrive in their chosen profession.
- Define best practices, tools and templates for the Business Analysis team.
- Help to ensure the alignment of all project deliverables with Arbor’s organizational strategic goals and objectives.
- Work with Arbor’s key stakeholders, executive team and Business Analysts across all lines of business to ensure the solution meets their “Must Have” requirements.
- Work in partnership with Arbor’s external business partners and Arbor’s internal architects, developers, testers and other technology partners to ensure outcomes are consistent with requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to the preparation of test documentation to ensure Arbor performs the right level of testing.
- Partner with Arbor’s Change Management Specialist to ensure the informing of end user standard operating procedures.
