Dedicated Bookkeeper for large corporate client required.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software Quickbooks Online.
- Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Conduct account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in using accounting software Quickbooks Online, proof of certification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with budgeting processes is a plus.

Summary
As a Part Time Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing payroll, and utilizing accounting software to track expenses and income.
