Bookkeeper - Part Time

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities include**:
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Perform bank reconciliations, data entry
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Conduct account reconciliations on a regular basis
- Prepare financial reports for review by management
- Pay vendor bills and manage accounts payable
- Charge credit cards/accounts using online payment system
- Generate different reports as needed
- Ensuring all financial actions comply with local legal requirements
- Preparing financial reports by analyzing, collecting, and condensing account trends and information ??
**Required Experience**:
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping
- Proficiency in accounting principles
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation processes
- Ability to analyze accounts effectively
- Familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures
- Ability to provide general support to the team and company operations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Proficiency in English
- Experience with Quickbooks
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
