**Human Resources Coordinator**

The Human Resources Coordinator will effectively manage regional Human Resources for Salute Mission Critical, to optimize productivity, profitability and employee satisfaction. You will provide comprehensive HR, administrative, coordination and quality assurance functions to the Senior Leadership team, Administration staff, central team, and key customers. Your goal is to ensure that all HR needs of the company are being met and are aligned with Salute's global business objectives.

In addition to the HR functions, your responsibility will include recruitment and/or sourcing through the end-to-end interview process, while working closely with our Leaders to deliver world-class recruiting practices and human capital strategy.

**Primary functionalities**:

- Coordinate site-specific onboarding training for new hires by communicating with both the training and operations department, in compliance with HR procedure.
- Administers health and benefit plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Support and administer new-employee background checks (Government personnel security screening service (PSSS) by initiating, tracking and consolidating appropriate paperwork)
- Responding to various employee HR requests and questions (Employment letters, payroll inquiries,
- Assist with processing of terminations for sites in Canada
- Assists with the tracking of the performance review process
- Produce and file all security reporting to the Comité Paritaire des Agents de Sécurité
- Support payroll reconciliations for HR matters (Vacation policy assignments, vacation payouts, etc.)
- Perform bi-weekly overtime classifications on the system to categorise technician hours and support monthly billing
- Manage the Canadian Holiday calendar through the time management system

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of human resources experience, required
- 2+ years recruiting experience with technical and/or non-technical organizations, preferred
- Bi-Lingual (English/French) preferred; Province of Quebec, required
- Human Resources designation, preferred
- Knowledge of applicable provincial workplace insurance compliance requirements, preferred
- Intermediate level of experience with ATS, HRIS and Timekeeping systems, required
- Engaging and influential communication style with a focus on relationship building, required
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and work on multiple tasks effectively, required
- The ability to work on multiple concurrent projects, required
