Description:

Kinatex Sports Physio , le plus important réseau de cliniques en physiothérapie et réadaptation au Québec, est la recherche d’un.e coordonnateur.trice ressources humaines pour son équipe du siège social.

À titre decoordonnateur.trice rh, tu intégreras l’équipe des ressources humaines en apportant aux cliniques le soutien dont elles ont besoin pour maintenir des pratiques efficientes en matière de gestion des ressources humaines et pour assurer la compréhension et la conformité aux politiques de l’entreprise ainsi qu’aux normes du travail. Tu contribueras également à supporter les différentes initiatives liées à la marque employeur, le recrutement et les initiatives EDI.


Responsibilities:
  • Participer à la conception, à la mise en œuvre et à l'amélioration des politiques, des procédures et des programmes RH;
  • Soutenir les gestionnaires dans la gestion quotidienne des enjeux en ressources humaines, l’administration des assurances collectives et du régime de retraite;
  • Participer à la rédaction et standardisation de documents, politiques et procédures;
  • Préparer divers rapports et tableaux de bord réguliers en lien avec les ressources humaines;
  • Analyser les données, identifier les tendances et les modèles à partir des données RH pour éclairer les décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise;
  • Analyser les processus RH existants pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration et de rationalisation, en proposant des solutions pour accroître l'efficacité opérationnelle et réduire les tâches manuelles;
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes internes pour comprendre et documenter les besoins opérationnels et fonctionnels;
  • Participer à des initiatives ressources humaines telles des enquêtes sur le climat organisationnel, des projets de transformation des ressources humaines, des audits RH, etc.;
  • Assurer la conformité aux réglementations en matière d'emploi, de main-d'œuvre et de confidentialité des données;
  • Collaborer avec les autres départements pour garantir une communication et une coordination efficaces des tâches;
  • Maintenir des relations avec les intervenants de son secteur (institutions d’enseignement, associations, partenaires);
  • Assurer une vigie des pratiques et nouveautés en matière de gestion de ressources humaines et de recrutement;

Ton profil:

Tu possèdes un très bon niveau relationnel, une grande capacité d'écoute face aux besoins de tes clients et une facilité d’adaptation aux priorités changeantes? Tu peux canaliser ton esprit d’équipe et ton enthousiasme vers la réussite de tes objectifs?

  • Expérience en ressources humaines, service à la clientèle, ou dans le domaine de la santé;
  • Capacité à travailler de manière professionnelle et confidentielle;
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Expérience dans la création de rapports et de tableaux de bord;
  • Bonne connaissance de la Loi sur normes du travail;
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, esprit d'équipe et sens de l'initiative;
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication (orale et écrite) en français et en anglais
  • Utilisation d'un ATS ou d’un SIRH;
