**Job Description**:
If you are self-motivated with a strong desire to grow in your insurance career, you could be the right fit to join our** Sales Team **as our next** Insurance Advisor, Personal Lines** You will be provided with the training and support to be successful in your role. Our fast-paced environment is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn insurance, thrive in a sales environment, are client focused and want to grow in their career.

**What You’ll Do**
- Generate your own leads while also having access to company call leads
- Quote and Sell Home and Auto insurance policies based on client needs
- Provide a great client experience
- Underwrite new business for pricing and risk analysis

**What You’ll Need for Success**
- RIBO License (Registered Insurance Brokers of Ontario)
- More than 2 years of industry or personal lines experience under your belt
- Strong sales aptitude
- Customer experience focus
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Great communication skills
- Ability to self-manage, be proactive, work independently and prioritize
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software
