As a Beauty Sales Advisor with The Estée Lauder Companies, you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer experiences that inspire and delight our customers.
With your passion for people, beauty products, and services, you will work collaboratively with your dynamic team to achieve sales targets and provide personalized service to each customer. This role is ideal for an ambitious self-starter looking for a progressive career in the Retail Beauty Industry.

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will have previous retail industry experience, preferably within beauty, and demonstrate exceptional people skills to build strong working relationships with colleagues and customers alike. A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

About You:
  • You have a proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing situations as needed.

What We Offer:
The Estée Lauder Companies offers a competitive salary range of $17.75 to $28.55 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and performance. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays, and vacation time. You may also be eligible to participate in our incentive compensation program.
