Our team specializes in new construction, renovation, service, and gas fitting services in the lower mainland. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and on providing great value to our clients.
**Job description**
**Position Title**: Office Manager
**Employee Type**: Part Time
**Schedule**: 9am - 3pm Monday - Friday
**Key responsibilities of this role are**:
- Upload expenses into Jobber.
- Invoice clients and follow up on accounts receivable.
- Cross-reference timesheets with our CRM system.
- Order required parts online for jobs.
- Maintain various data spreadsheets.
- Aid in building SOP's and document processes.
- Take part in various touchpoints of client interaction with the organization.
- Update and maintain all administrative systems (CRM, Jobber, Quickbooks, Folders, Data Tracking Excel Spreadsheets).
- Schedule meetings and site walkthroughs with clients.
- Schedule service calls in Jobber.
- Reconcile bank statements and run payroll for 6 employees
**Skills and requirements**:
- Prior administrative experience a requirement.
- Computer proficiency a requirement.
- Marketing experience an asset.
- Self-starter that can perform tasks with little to no supervision.
- Driven and dependable with the ability to problem-solve when necessary.
- Ability to work cohesively and effectively within teams.
- Ability to manage time and organize work effectively.
- Strong Interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
