**Key tasks**:
- Promote Carmichael and Sell Preventative Maintenance contracts
- Develop Qualified Prospects
- Maintain Opportunity Funnel
- Tele-market for face to face meetings
- Properly input all tasks, opportunities, activities, expenses into CRM

**Requirements**:

- You have at least 2-5 years of Business development sales experience, HVAC industry experience is an asset
- Experience selling Preventative maintenance an asset
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly disciplined, independent, entrepreneurial, confident, well organized self-starter
- Possess good MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to get people excited and produce sales results.
